Looking for 2-4 volunteers for Women On Target

I'm looking for 2-4 volunteers who want to help out with Women On Target for the 2014 year. This will be an administrative/coordinator role.

We have plans to do a Women On Target (WOT) clinic every month for the 2014 year at Burro Canyon in Azusa and possibly extending to Oak Tree Gun Club and maybe a one or two other areas and in all honesty I can't attend every single one of them.

What I'm looking for is hopefully 2-4 more people who are willing to take on my roles on the day of the event and depending on how many volunteers I can get we only have to attend a few each.

Some of the responsibilities I handle the day of and afterwards.

    Day of
Setup registration table & get the ladies checked in and handle money.
Handle food and drinks (you will need to shop for food and drinks before and the morning of).
    Take pictures
    Setup/teardown lunch line
    Pay range fees
other minor duties that may arise

    Afterwards
    Compile your expense report
Compile pics to send to me.
    Post AAR on Calguns
other minor duties that may arise

If you decide to volunteer you will be committing to the entire 2014 year. You do not have to attend every monnth, those will be decided at a later date. If you feel that this is something you would like to do or have more questions about the role please send me a PM.

    Thank you.

If you plan on having Southern California like San Diego, inland empire, I can help. Going to Azusa is a little too far for me.
