Legalities of selling an 80% AR Lower

Due to the crackdown of machine shops, it is become impossible to finish a lower without buying a mill myself. I recently bought an 80% billet lower which I no longer have use for. My question is, since an 80% is not a firearm, what are the legalities of trying to sell this?

No legal issues to sell a chunk of aluminum. How much are you asking? What brand?

Tool no problem here , Just buy a Mill a jig some cutters and get going , If you scrap it buy a Lever action and watch Longmire this season. AR is overrated anyway . Guys with a post of 1 are always looking for help with there 80 % whatever.

I'm in Sacramento and interested in that 80, if you're selling. PM sent...

As far as legalities for non-FFL holders, you can get them on Amazon. So, no FFL required to sell a non-firearm. Note, if you've done any work on it, there may be an issue.
