Never had an issue, never heard of anyone having an issue. Just be careful and check the seat before you sit. A lot of needles have been found wedged between seats. -
There is no law against a legal CCW holder carrying on BART. AS long as you are legally carrying, you should be okay.

I carry lawfully on BART every weekday; never had a problem. The only concern I've ever had was when the cars are SRO and the very remote chance someone would make me by casual physical contact. Highly unlikely though./Chris
