Newcomer to East Bay looking for FFL recommendations

Like the title says, I'm a newcomer to the East Bay Area. So for buying guns off the Internet and doing PPTs, what's a good FFL?

I'm not a price shopper so I can't say about that but the people at Solar Tactical are very knowledgeable and helpful. My go to place.

sigpicC'mon man, shouldn't we ban Democracks from Cal-Guns? Or at least send them to re-education camps.

Slightly off topic: does anyone remember who the FFL working on the USI premises a couple of years ago was?

                  +1000 for Kevin Smith!

                    +1 For Kevin.

I found 2 FFL's cheaper, but by the time you factor in gas, wear and tear on your car and what your own time is worth by the extra traveling, it's a wash.

He charges $75 for transfers + $25 DROS. Additional items per DROS are $35 each (say you want 2 or 3 lowers, etc)

Kevin is easy going and a pleasure to work with. He responds to emails rather quickly.

I just did my FFL at Fairfield Pawns which is the cheapest in the area. It was only $20 for the transfer plus $25 for DROS.

Matt was very cool and good. Highly recommend it.

I've worked with UG Imports in Fremont for many transfers. Good guys, and calguns members too.

Another vote for Kevin Smith in Martinez; he responds to emails very quickly, is easy to work with and since he's been in the biz for....ever? Most wholesalers and internet dealers already have his FFL on file. Makes it nice and smooth.

I have a perfect Burning Man attendance record: zero.

You do know there are more guns in the country than there are in the city.

$50 + $25 DROS is not bad for Bay Area.
