Hey all,
Any recommendations on a gunsmith in the SF/East Bay area that could take a look at a Marlin 1894 to make sure it can function safely and properly? I inherited the gun and have been dying to take it out.
A basic strip of the gun revealed a little rust. I was able get most of it off with a copper brush but wanted to get it professional inspected before I bring it to the range. I called a couple local shops in my area but none seem to work with lever action rifles. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I also inherited a Remington 7400 that I would love to get checked out at the same time.
