Forest hill land for some outdoors shooting.

Hello all,
Not sure if this is the right area to post this ?.

I'll be up in the Forest hill area for a wedding (October) and the guys are planning a shoot day while the ladies do whatever they do for the day. SO I'm looking for a good area to do this at. I prefer not for us to go to a outdoor gun range.

I use to ride dirt bikes in the area a lot several years ago. I know their is a lot of public land in the area but maybe a area where people go regularly (kindof a good predestinated area) or ?

Hit up the old quarry off of Finning Mill Rd. in Forest Hill.

Let me know when you plan to head up there and maybe we can meet up and I can show you where it's at. Pretty tough to find if you don't know where it's at. I take my kids up there all the time shooting, it's always been a really safe place to shoot with lots of the local LGS guys there.
