Why is the San Jose Chapter forum blocked? Its not really part of the Bay Area.

WTF is this **** that San Jose is not part of the Bay Area? It borders on the bay at Alviso which it annexed. Not to mention where I live in Sunnyvale I could probably lob a round from my Enfield into the bay.-POLICESTATE,
