Really looking for someone who is interested in putting together small to medium scale Calguns shoots in our various areas. I'd like to see an event out at the coast in Humboldt somewhere, maybe separate Chico / Redding events. They don't have to be big, but they need to be organized, planned and have good attendance! I can provide support, I just don't know enough about places we could have events.

I'm sure we could set something up with Redwood Gun Club in Manila (4-5 miles from Eureka). They set up apple seed shoots and will pretty much let you do whatever you like as long as you can get a turnout over a dozen and reserve space in advance. The only other range is 13 miles up 299 from Arcata and It's private, Maybee someone else can chime in re: their availability.

I want to set up some Calguns official events up here in the north state. A chico area meet, Redding area meet, Humboldt co meet. I know there are a lot of us up here, we need to get together!! I just don't have time to plan these things, and I'd like to make someone the official coordinator for events here. If you are good at planning events, have connections with the local shows / stores / events, we should talk!

Probably need one for Redding/Chico and one for Humboldt. My goal is to get two events per year at least in each of these areas, and hopefully a presence at a few of our local events (kool april nights, etc)

Lake county would be nice...heck, how about a Calguns fishing tourney

I may have time to sort through the NorCal checkin's, but some moderator power is needed to sort out the ones who are geographically challenged. Or maybe a Calgun confirmation PM or email to those 270?
