Do you plan to sell guns on consignment?
Do you accept out of state transfers?
If so, what are your fee's?

By law PPT is only $35: $25 DROS + a $10 PPT fee. Charging any more than that for a single firearm is a misdemeanor. Each additional PPT firearm on the same DROS is $10.

                PC28055

28055. (a) For a sale, loan, or transfer conducted pursuant to this
chapter, the purchaser or transferee or person being loaned the
firearm may be required by the dealer to pay a fee not to exceed ten
                dollars ($10) per firearm.

                (b) No other fee may be charged by the dealer for a sale, loan, or
transfer of a firearm conducted pursuant to this chapter
                , except for
the applicable fees that may be charged pursuant to Sections 23690
and 28300 and Article 3 (commencing with Section 28200) of Chapter 6
and forwarded to the Department of Justice, and the fees set forth in
                Section 31650.
                (c) The dealer may not charge any additional fees.
                (d) Nothing in these provisions shall prevent a dealer from
                charging a smaller fee.

28070. A violation of this chapter by a dealer is a misdemeanor.

So given what you just read, do you charge $45 or $35 for PPT of a single firearm.

So that is a misdemeanor, and the first person you charge that to hopefully requests charges against you with the District Attorney, you'll likely lose your FFL worse case, and best case no one from Calguns ever does business with you

What part of MAY NOT CHARGE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES or NO OTHER FEE MAY BE CHARGED BY THE DEALER, is eluding you? Are you sure you are cut out for this?

That is a criminal misdemeanor, and also a serious faux pas amongst the Calguns community. THE DEALER MAY NOT CHARGE ANY OTHER FEES. That includes your 'personal' fee or any other fee you make up out of thin air.

Let me go find the popcorn, this should get good soon.
