sorry i was on my cell phone, im in manteca, im basically swapping a upper on one ar for an upper with a forward assist and dust cover and the other i'm building so i need to tq the barrel

I'm in Merced, that would be quite a drive to borrow an upper receiver block.

It'd be better to use a Reaction Rod to torque barrel nut instead of upper receiver block. You may want to call a few of your local gun stores, they may do it for you cheap or know who can help.
