    Breast Cancer Awareness AR-15

It's cool that they're doing this, but I wonder why they didn't call it the Pink Panther.

calling it "Pink Panther" without paying for permission would be a copyright violation

and I doubt DPMS would get permission

Naming it The Pink Panther would also take the focus away from it's intent, as a breast cancer awareness item and redirect it towards the cartoon character.

When you want people to think of a certain thing, don't give them added stimulus or alternative ideas.

IIRC S&W has a breast cancer awareness Sigma with pink inserts for the grip.

I am thinking of building a pink/rhinestones/Hello Kitty gun eventually for fun and for sis maybe. I will add breast cancer sticker to it.

I once went on a breast cancer walk and I have a (fading) breast cancer awareness pink ribbon sticker on my backpack.

A few weeks ago I saw in Irvington rifle - half pink half black, like this one.
It seems to me cool for ladies.

I should have bought it for the wifey. However, for my money I'd rather donate to research than "awareness." Awareness isn't lacking--if you need help making people aware of anything involving two of the most visible words in the English language, breast and cancer, lack of money isn't the problem.
