    Take a woman shooting...

The NRA reports that its classes targeted to women grew by 20% last year, and its groing. Take a girlfriend, sister, co-worker, mother, wife, or in my case, cousin, to the range for the first time.

Drive the anti's nuts, for all their wannabe equal rights dribble, they seem to hate to see women empowering themselves. Post videos on FB, Twitter, whatever.

We need to inundate social media with women shooting, and not the videos where the woman shoots the gun incorrectly, only to have it fly out of their hands, hit them in the face, or worse yet, knock them to the ground. Those jack-holes who allow that to happen only hurt our sport.

We want them to see the big smiles on their faces as seen on the end of my video.

I would volunteer to help if you ever had an event up here in the Central Valley. SoCal is way too far!

Get hold of your local GCSSA coordinators and/or Ricky-Ray and try to get a local WOT program going there.

There is a little problem with that. We actually have no CGSSA Leaders in the Sac area. We had at one time and a few volunteers but they have all resigned their position.

Central and NorCal has been more difficult trying to get people to step up and be leaders an volunteers for CGSSA compared to LA & SD areas.

I'm taking my wife tomorrow. I'll make sure to post pics.

Of course she's been shooting since she was 10. AND I will not be posting target comparisons she's a much better target shooter than I am.

The Sacramento C3's did not resign from lack of interest. Not one of us. And I have to say, I resent the implication. It was not a matter of 'stepping up'.

But, gee, lets give credit to the stalwart San Jose, and Bay Area gangs who are really rockin' their shooting activities, especially for women.

                          Mulls that over.....
I am not certified at anything though.
I am just an unemployed old broad, not really a leader type, although I do get roped into it now and then.
I would bet that Bonnie is way more qualified than I am.

It took me some time to get that 'LOL' was me unless you are laughing.....

I never once said they resigned for lack of interest. All I said was we had a few volunteers at one time and they eventually resigned their position.

So, why DID they resign? Just to clarify for the masses?
