Ladies Only - 3 Gun Match

Along those lines, I know that here in Southwest Idaho we have a Shoot for the cure. The premise is two fold. Raise money for the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer group and introduce and bring more women into shooting. I know not everyone supports Komen, but let's leave that out for a minute.

Getting more women into competitive shooting is a very good thing and it can be done at the local level with little cost (other than a $25-$35 entry fee). The event here is limited to 250 participants (I think) and it sells out every year.
