    I don't have any suggestions on the firearms class, but I did want to welcome you to CalGuns!

      Only firearm training in your area (Corona/Riverside) I can think of is Inland Training.
      I heard they are good, but have no direct experience with them.

        FTATV.com runs a good beginner course at Raahauges. Well worth the 75 bucks. Run's about 6 hours. Classroom and then range time. My wife loved the class.

          I think OC Indoor Shooting range in Brea offers some beginner handgun classes. This is their website;

          Good luck.

                I've taken classes with Firearms Training Associates (FTATV) at Raahauge's in Norco, including the women's only handgun training class (2 days). They have good student/instructor ratio, emphasis on safety, good communication skills, good pacing, and A/C in the indoor classroom (very important in the summer!)
