Shoot n BBQ Nov 7th

I understand the all girl team for the BBQ did not materialize. My wife would like to shoot on an all girls team for fun.

If there are an other of you ladies who can commit to the date, and would like to shoot, please let me know here, or via message.

It's going to be a fun day, and if your going to be there anyway, you might as well get in on the fun.

Shucks, that's too bad. It sounded like it would have been lots of fun for you Southerners. Sorry I'm a little distracted with the gun shows and CRPA otherwise I'd convince my GFs to hop a plane down South with me. (The tiny reminder that you can drink on flights seems to get them to see my side of things )

Ladies, if there are some of you who would like to participate, but maybe lack of a gun, caliber, or model that is comfortable for you, keeps you from stepping up, I have weapons you may use, or if caliber/model is an issue, I am sure others here would be willing to let you shoot their gun for the event.

I will be there but on the general shoot line.

I believe the running and prone position requirements are what I will not be able to do with out hurting my knee which still has not fully healed from surgery.

But if you can get some other ladies together I might just do it anyways

Great. It's just for fun, so no reason for you to do anything to injure yourself, or go to the ground hard, just compete and have a good time.

Heck, I am running with all guys, and we do not expect to win, place or show.

We really need some more ladies down south to get involved in shooting, and more husbands to get their better halves involved. We all know how much fun it is, we just somehow, need to be able to show them also.

Events like this are great ambassadors to bring in families to the shooting sports, once they see how much fun everyone is having, they can't help but want to try also.

The multiple division skill shooting team format, from fun to serious competitors keeps every level comfortable, and allows everyone to enjoy the hobby at their particular skill level.

If we had enough kids, perhaps a BB gun course would be fun also, and allow them to participate.
