I am excited to see how every likes them as well. The feed back from the ones I have sold in store have been great. My hope here is that I can get immediate thoughts, and more after 30/60/90 days of use.

Would like to hear how people use it. We have been talking about doing a version with the clip mounted up higher to be utilized in boot.

I have one left, and that one (the purple one shown above) only because we were holding if for a CBS Morning News segment, but they have decided they want to interview women only, so I was out of the running.

So at the moment since my manufacture pulled that from his line, I am waiting to see if he sells it to me, or wants it back. Been having to hide it from the local Well Armed Woman members, being that it is in Purple.

Really looking forward to hear from those of you who have purchased these holsters. Please remember were here to answer any questions, but hope that as you get experience wearing them you will post a review.

We believe the ladies market is under served, and we are trying our best to change that. The benefit of the way were doing it is that if we were to close tomorrow, the vendors that are working with us to bring these innovations to market will still be there.

For us it's about a woman having the right tools to defend herself.

have not tried it on with pants yet.......however, I bought some last week that my just work with this!

S&W model 60 snubbie [j-frame] is a snug fit inside the holster but I think with practice it won't feel that way and/or will loosen up a bit. hoping I won't see wear on the snubbie. light and compact. and it took me a bit to remember this fits INSIDE the pant and not outside! not enough sleep and too much on the go recently.

while I do not have a CCW, I do live on 20 acres in mountain lion territory and can carry legally on my property. i'm hoping this little holster will encourage me to do so.

20 acres in the SCruz Mountains, so nice.

You can alter the retention, i.e. how stiff, by loosening the screw right under the trigger. Take a phillips and loosen a little and see if that is better?

Please loosen the screw, re-holster and see how it works.

Let's make sure we have this right before you change grips. Is the barrel longer than the standard 2" J-Frame. In the photo is the gun fully down in the holster.
The gun does not look fully seated in the holster. The cylinder release and the trigger guard should not be exposed the way they are.

In the meantime how do you like the clip design?

What is the model number on the S&W?

I want to make sure this is right, but hard to interpret the picture.

Wife received her new holster a few days ago. Today was her first road test. She wore it all day with no complaints. Said the clip held it real solid even without a belt. ( I don't know why she doesn't like wearing a belt)

Many women don't wear belts, and fashion such as a skirt only allow for very light or cosmetic belts, which is why we created this holster.

At least at Packin' Fur Defense, our goal is to provide, develop carry methods that are effective in a fight for your life, but don't change your style or require you to buy a new wardrobe to dress around your weapon.

My wife has pointed out to me, the same women who can notice you changed your nail polish, air color/style, or brand of blouse your wearing will detect a significant change in style or type of clothing.

So very glad to hear it is working for her.

OK the 60-14 is unique among J-Frames, were getting a new mold, and building you a new holster. We don't settle, we don't want you to settle, your safety and the effectiveness of your holster to safely hold the weapon, and present it in time of need are too important.

There is a first time for everything, this was it, were going to make sure your holster is perfect.

Movie Zombie - the holster is complete and will be in the mail to me tomorrow. We made the change in color you requested, here is a teaser photo, what do you think? You can see by the photo's how I expected the gun to fit.

Obviously it would just clip to a waistband, but I tend to wear a lot of leggings, yoga pants, etc.. Would this work, or is my best option a belly band of some sort? I have my CCW, just trying to figure out what would best for me and the type of clothing I wear on a daily basis. Thank you.
I don't remember if I PM'd an answer to your question or not. Was just reviewing the tread. This holster system should work very well with your legging if you don't mind having the gun inside the waistband. Well Bellyband holsters are meant to be worn IWB and not really around the belly area, many people do wear them higher and are quite happy. I would have to know how you intend to wear the belly band vs. the Ulti-clip holster to give you an honest answer.

Undertech makes leggings for women with a stretch type holster build in. I consider the use of the Ulti-clip holster with clothing you already have, and clothing of your choice a better more natural option. Your issue either way will be concealing the grip of the weapon if both the bottoms and top are skin tight.

What type of gun are you trying to conceal? What position on your body do you want to carry the firearm?
