    Suggestions On Target Loads?

Most of the shooters I know who own a .45 with a 1911 frame or a .38 Super in a 1911 are IPSC competitors.

Anyone out there who still competes in the near-prehistoric discipline of Bullseye?

I'm having the sear replaced on my Colt .38 Super so I don't drill the sod anymore. My ex had reloaded .38 Special wadcutters for me eons ago. Can anyone recommend what ammo to run through the .38 Super if I have to buy retail?

As for the .45, does anyone sell 185 or 200 grain reloads in the Bay Area?

Most of the shops I've been to carry the standard 230 grain factory loads.

Thanks for any input you can give me.

If you can't find anyone local for reloads, try www.nsksales.com for bullseye match ammo. You might also check the bullseye-l mail list for pet loads.
