I need two ceiling fans installed, San Diego

I have two locations in my home I want ceiling fans installed. One appears to have the plastic cover over the box and is ready to go.

The other I want placed where an overhead light is currently.

Prefer someone who knows what they are doing and has done this before, not just a 'handy man' willing to take on a new project.

Double check that the box you have is actually rated for a ceiling fan. A regular gang box that is clipped into a rafter will not handle the weight and vibration of a fan.

Thank you. The one under a bare plastic plate looks good to go. The one under just a current light fixture, I am unsure of.
