Cabinet Installer needed!!!

I have a small based General Contracting company that is expanding and in need of a good professional cabinet installer. Have 8 jobs coming up in the next few weeks that I can't do on my own. Looking for either a 1099 employee or a sub that can get the job done. No flakes or strung out junkies!!! Must have tools and vehicle. I prefer paying an hourly rate but can accomodate a piece work rate. I have tried Craigslist and have only found the bottom of the gene pool.

Job Description:
Cabinet Installs
Doors and moulding
Windows
Must be able to read layouts
Strong finish carpentry skills
Wood flooring is a plus

Pay ranges from $15-$20 depending on experience.

is work still available my father was a finish carpenter and would take me to work with him all the time i know how to install doors windows moulding and cabinets can read layouts perfectly have my own tools i just dont have a vehicle at the moment but i can get to where the job would be if i needed to be there.
