    On-Target Looking For Part Timers

    All,

So once again we are looking for a few good Range Employees. We suffer from an acute illness called “school”. It seems that we keep giving time off for our employees to attend the local colleges and they keep taking classes and then graduating – go figure.

Just kidding – we will miss them and this Range is NOT a career for most people, but a stepping stone that allows them a chance to earn some badly needed funds and maybe have some fun while doing it.

SO, if you are looking for a PART TIME position and have common sense, a willingness to get loaded firearms pointed at you, deal with obnoxious customers who somehow feel entitled to break the rules and then verbally attack you as they check out, handle the responsibility for ensuring the liability forms are complete, and maybe dealing with happy customers, this job is for you.

Primary position is handling the shooters as they come into the range and as they check out. Experience with firearms is required, but we are NOT looking for some sort of drill instructor or NRA certified pistol guru. This position is an entry level opportunity and we will train you and pay for all training required as time goes along.

You can Email your Resume' to us at: ontargetrange@sbcglobal.net or better still, stop by and introduce yourself.

This is a pretty good position for a Vet looking to supplement her/his income while attending school. Hours to be worked are flexible the work load is unique. ALL potential employees will have a background check. YOU MUST BE 21 or OLDER to apply for this position
    Regards

    Gregg

    Hello!

When you say hours are flexible, are you referring to evenings and weekends? About how many hours per week are we looking at?

            All,

The hours are flexble as we open our doors at 10am, but are here at 8:30 or 9am everyday to prepare for open. Some days we are here at 6AM for special shoots - usually weekends - and we stay until cleanup, usually about 9:30 or 10PM.

We look for weekend help first and then part time during the week. We are NOT looking for someone who thinks they get to work a few hours and then shoot for free. Work first and play eventually. Lots of rsponsibility and little pay.
            Regards

I applied a couple weeks ago, but was told you guys were only looking for weekend help. I'm available Tues - Fri, are there any afternoon - closing hours available for those days that I might be able to work? I may consider applying again if so (though you guys probably have my resume saved somewhere in a file cabinet).

In all honesty I waffle between finding you disgusting and pitying you that your life is so void of anything substantial that you measure yourself by 'conquests' and who you know that can get you in where.
