The shop where I work will be in need of 2-4 TOP Field service technicians shortly after the new year begins.These are TOP spots and are not for beginners,apprentices,folks who just graduated UTI.I mean TOP guys.
The applicant will have Strong skills and be able to work independantly in the field w/o supervision or help.Occasionally a helper is required and will be provided.(Safety first).
Skills should include profeincy in,
Testing and troubleshooting electrical control systems of engines,transmissions and implements.
Single and double CAN data buses
Pulse width modulation knowlege and experience is needed. (you'd be surprised how many come in and don't know what this is)
Electric over hydraulic repair and troubleshooting.
RTK GPS based Autopilot/autofarm knowlege is a plus.GPS auto level too.Lazer leveling is a good starter point and not overlooked
Hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of open center hydraulics.As well as PFC (CCLS if You prefer)including dual combined flow PFC systems
TierIII emmisions controlled diesel engines.Tier IV interem is a plus,but will not be held against the applicant.
Powershift,Synchroshift and Synchromesh transmissions.
Differentials and Planetary Final Drives.
Great People skills and professional demeanor
Professional appearence is nice too.
Drug free,clean DMV and the usual.
