resourceful process server

[dwtt]

can anyone recommend a resourceful process server who can find people who hide their residence? A tenant who keeps his mailing address at a relative's house and skips out on the rent for his rental is hard to find because all the public records keep pointing back to the relative's house where he doesn't live.

Edit: Bay area, south bay area
