Hey fellow Calgunners. AIM Outdoor Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a similar capacity, and possess expert working knowledge of common firearms platforms such as the AR-15 and AKM variants.
**UPDATE**Pay rate is $20.00 per hour to start.
We are located in Ontario, California. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Job Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with all customers both internal and external via telephone and email
• Process all warranty returns including documenting RMA process and tracking of all replaced goods
• Assist customer with technical support via phone and email, providing world-class service
• Provide customers with information about all products, including how are products interface with various firearms platforms
• Follow up with all customers to ensure excellent service has been provided
• Work with customers diligently to ensure all issues have been resolved
• Log all customer communications effectively for future reference
• Assist with special projects with other teams as needed
Qualifications / Skills:
• 3 to 5 years of customer service experience required
• Effective and efficient time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication verbal skills
• Self-starter, ability to work alone for long periods of time
• Experience with high volume inbound calls
• Proficiency and clarity in written communication
• Problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
• Ability to pass a full background check
Education and Experience
• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Proven working knowledge and use of multiple firearms platforms is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, record keeping, and other office procedures
