Founded in 2010, TacFire Inc. supplies components for the shooting, hunting, and outdoor sports industry. TacFire wholesales it's firearms parts and accessories to distributors, manufacturers, and retailers of all sizes. Although TacFire is a small, privately owned business, it's capabilities and scope rival it's largest competitors in the marketplace.
We are looking for talented, experienced, and motivated Warehouse Associate that is passionate to work for a growing company.
Our company is moving to a new location in January 2021 located in Fontana, CA. All applicants must be willing to work at that location.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for performing all phases of order picking, packing, and processing in a warehouse environment.
Serve as a liaison between the sales department and the warehouse.
Responsible for ensuring order completion and accuracy.
Manage inventory.
Responsible for placing labels on products, boxes, and inventory.
Ability to meet deadlines and goals.
Team player and works well with others to strive for a common goal.
Skills and Qualifications:
1-2 years warehouse experience.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Able to bend, squat, and reach above shoulder lever on a frequent basis.
Ability to use a computer, and use Microsoft Office Suite software.
Knowledge of computer based order processing and label printing a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Clean background, able to pass a background check.
Knowledge of firearms, shooting/hunting a plus.
Able to legally work in the USA.
Tools Familiarity
Knowledge and use of typical warehouse tools and equipment, including but not limited to: Strapping machine, tape guns, label printers, box cutters, etc.
Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
Knowledge of Order Management Systems a plus.

Full-Time Position
Medical benefits offered after 90 days.
Paid time off
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour + a $200.00 per month bonus until a COVID-19 vaccine becomes available.
Employees who pass their 90 day probation will receive a $1.00/hr increase in pay.
After one year of service, employees can receive up to $1.00/hr merit increase.
