Description: We are a leading design agency in Modesto actively seeking a highly motivated, competent content layout expert for our web design team. This position offers the opportunity to work in an established firm with a range of projects.
Essential: This person will work with the department manager and lead developer to design, strategize and maintain quality websites built on various platforms. This can include other digital projects including email templates, social media posts and more.

Job Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS
Experience with web content management systems (WordPress preferable)
Expert-level understanding of usability best practices and UX
Strong understanding of information design, information architecture and content strategy.
Required Competencies:
Knowledge of analytics tools, including Google Analytics and WebTrends, and ability to interpret data
Knowledge of search engine optimization
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong knowledge of grammar and ability to proofread
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent organization, interpersonal and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and switch easily between them while delivering high-quality results with little supervision
Enthusiasm about craft with an ambition to learn, staying on top of trends and industry best practices, techniques and related technologies
BA or BS with emphasis in digital media/marketing/communications/or related field. Equivalent education or experience may be substituted.
