For 8 months we've been struggling with it. It seems more like a developer's kit and a poor one at that. We've been using their tech support but some many things are still screwed up and they don't have answers for it. Did you get them to customize it for you?

What issues are you having? We have used ours successfully and we didn't have them change anything.

It's a laundry list of stuff. Most of it due to the non-intuitive menu driven system, albeit some things are just broken. Anyway, I just wanted to see if I was crazy or there is another business using it without any trouble. Gives me some hope now. Thank you very much.

Give them a call, we had an issue with the system crashing when we would ring someone up and not put a date in the disposition section. We sent them a copy of our database and they fixed the issue and patched the entire software for everyone in a few days.

Did you buy the support package?

BTW I would not say it is the best system but it works for us.

It does a lot so make sure you take advantage of their training. Also buy the support package for a few months and call them every time you have a issue or question, they are very helpful.

If you just try to learn it on your own you are going to miss a lot of features or misuse the system. Trust me, I tried.
