    Nevada to California purchase ?'s

Going to be in Vegas during the crossroads gun show early next year. While there, I might want to make a few purchases, but before I do I have a few questions I hope you gentlemen can help answer.

    1. Assuming the firearms I am buying are legal to own in California will Nevada gun dealers be able to sell me the rifles on a California drivers license?

    2. Do I have to register these rifles when I bring them back home, and if so what's the process?

    3. Based on my research if a buy a weapon as a private party sale at the gun show in the state of Nevada it requires no documentation. So how do I verify that it's not stolen?

Guys I need your input , I don't want to get in Amy kind of trouble or end up with a gun that I can't legally own in California so if you have any knowledge or experiance in this please reply. Thank you.

You don't say you are a CA FFL, so ...

Basically, you cannot take possession out of state; anything you might buy must be shipped to a CA FFL, where the usual DROS process and CA law apply.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!
