What's a "high cap AR"?

If it happens to refer to a deputy's personally-owned, law-enforcement-registered 'assault weapon', seems like it would be the same deal as the original - needs a letter from CLEO of the buyer.

authorization is defined as verifiable written certification from the
head of the agency, identifying the recipient or possessor of the
assault weapon as a peace officer and authorizing that person to
receive or possess the specific assault weapon.

ETA and I'm not sure it works deputy to deputy - store to deputy, yes.

If it is a non-'assault weapon' - not a 'listed' lower, either magazine lock + features or no features, then it's just a rifle, and that would be a PPT.
