Selling a gun to someone in Cali

Im getting a NV DL and was going to make the drive to sell a gun. The gun is compliant in Cali. Can I do the transfer even with a NV DL?

That would be an interstate transfer, NV-resident to CA-resident. CA-FFL can charge any fee they like, but as seller that doesn't usually come out of your pocket.
