    FFL selling personal stock

Just out of curiosity, If I ever decide to sell off one of my guns that are registered to me personally, is it a PPT or dealer sale?

PPT like a normal schmoe unless you consign it through yourself at which point it's PPT on paper, but you need to collect sales tax for your FFL.

Yes, if it is your personal firearm, you can just do a PPT to your daughter in law. If it were to your son, you could just hand it to him and have him fill out the Intrafamial transfer form and send it in with $19.
