Buyer has a hard spot with Iron Sight because he claims they shot a gun he bought while it was on the 10 day wait.
He suggested OC Armory but that is to far for me. Was hoping for a half way spot but so far maybe Gunthers if I can talk him into it.

Going to try Gunther Guns in Carlsbad tomorrow, I'll report back how smooth it was, now if only they have a Winchester SXP trap gun in stock or can order one ASAP so I can start DROS also. That would make my day.

We met up at Gunthers, I got there a little early (shorter drive) staff was very friendly, I was hoping they would have had or could find a Winchester SXP Trap no luck there but they did try.
One gentleman the owner I suspect reminded us that PPT are a PITA but DOJ makes them do it, sounded a little grouchy, I did remind him had his employee found a SXP Trap gun we'd also be doing that paperwork. Little time passed and he came back out and apologized for the comment, BUT at least to me were they never rude, If I lived closer I think they would become my go to gun shop, had a nice selection of rifles, shotguns and plenty of handguns even a mares leg.

They do. Just did a PPT there earlier this week (the buyer picked them, not me). It's a very busy place, at least when we got there. Waited close to 45 minutes to be taken care of. No reservations. The girl who took care of us knew her stuff, got the paperwork done pretty quickly. Altogether we were there an hour. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry. Be sure that if you do a PPT transfer there you bring a box or case for the gun. They store the guns in a safe and won't do the transfer unless you have a case/box for it. Personally, I would pick somewhere else.
