    Leo off roster

    My brain has shut off apparently. If LEO wants off roster but will wait the 10 day they don't need a letter? All my LEO'S use a letter, I guess I never had one still want to do the wait.

      Correct, LEO ID waives the roster and the letter only waives the 10 day wait.
