Dros 1 in 30 start date (FAQ - starts date and time DROS submitted)

The easy way, except when it involves a time change (the date/time is correct, but the DOJ seems to use the wrong time), is to use the 30 day date on the DROS, add 1 minute or 66 minutes for the fall time change, and that is the time you can submit another one. You actually could use 1 second, but the problem is in knowing what the DOJ time actually is.Last edited by kemasa; 11-23-2014, 1:44 PM.Kemasa.

The CalGun Wiki http://wiki.calgunsfoundation.org/Ce...of_Eligibility , Cal Penal Code 27535, and L.A. Muni Ord 55.14 make it appear that the 1 in 30 restriction does not apply at all to FFL03s with COEs. But, I was recently told that, contrary to law, the DOJ only waives the 1 in 30 restriction for C&R handguns. Is this true?YOU NEED A GUN TRUST.
