What docs are needed from an 03 ffl for a 01 ffl to transfer a firearm? Asking to make sure DOJ has not changed anything. Thanks in advance.

Copy of the 03 FFL their COE if they plan on not doing a 10 day wait. Then DROS as normalInterstate Transfers $100 (DROS included with the price)
