FFL out of state purchase question

If I as an FFL holder find a specific handgun that is off roster from an out of state seller can I purchase it, have it shipped to me and then transfer it into my personal inventory with a SSE? Or will I have to just keep it in my inventory to sell to roster exempt buyers?

For handgun transactions you are treated just like any other customer with the following exceptions:
* No 1-30 wait
* No 10 day wait

All other rules apply.

Yes, you can transfer using SSE and would DROS it accordingly.

Thanks, now I just need to find a S&W Model 39-2 in good shape and an FFL that can do the SSE.
