I've heard of this being done and was curious to know if it can be done. Example: An exempt person DROS a handgun through a purchase. Next day he decides to buy another handgun. Can he use the initial DROS to avoid a second DROS fee? Same example with a non exempt person purchasing a handgun then a rifle the next day.
