My drivers license has only my PO Box. What other items can be used to verify my physical address?

Since your ID has a PO box on it that can not be used to satisfy the federal requirement of proof of residency, You will need some other form of government issued documentation as secondary proof of your address.

NO you can not use a utility bill unless that is a government owned entity. Like the LA dept of Water and Power.

federal law requires that you use a government-issued document that has your name and physical address on it to prove your identity. once you do tha, then you can deal with CA proof of residency requirements for handgun transfers.

You can use a combination of documents though. Like your ID with PO box, your utility bill would satisfy CA requirements if it was a handgun purchase and a Tax return with your address on it would satisfy both ATF and DOJ

Yes you can use utility bills but not a cellphone bill. Water & power, gas, landline phone, cable

This does not satisfy the federal requirements unless your utility is a government entity.

It doesn't, it satisfies the FEDERAL requirement. In my post I say the utility bill would satisfy the CA requirement, and then a combination of all three documents would satisfy both ATF and DOJ. I can see how it was phrased where you could have misinterpreted what I was trying to convey.
