looking past the brace for a moment, it appears to be a standard AR pistol with a SLED in it to make it a single-shot pistol, and hence, SSE. however, it is the brace that some of us feel makes it an CA-defined SBR and CA-defined rifle AW. many dealers are selling them with no apparent blowback from CADOJ or the 58 DA's yet.Jack
