Buying vs Consigning Wait Times

If I purchase a gun instead of consigning, can I sell within 30 days or does the firearm need to sit for 30 days and be eligible for sale on the 31st day like a regular consignment?

Assuming you have a 2nd hand dealer license you need to wait the 30 days
