    Donating guns to...

When a person wants to donate a firearm to a BANQUET for, say DU, CWA, RMEF, etc., what is the procedure for accepting the firearm??

Log the firearm in from who you receive it from and then log it out to the person it goes to. You might also need a letter saying that it is a donation/gift for sales tax purposes.
