Ran into a new DES issue today. Had a guy run his 30 day delay out and flip to undetermined during the days we were closed. When I went into DES this am to check it and the Delay notice was missing from my notices, and there was no Undetermined notice either....just nothing on this guy.

I pulled his DROS and it was marked undetermined and the release button was available. Have you guys had notices go missing in DES?

Yes just had that happen as well. Ckicked on deliver and handed it over

Strange. I printed the original delay notice. Wonder why they feel the need to purge the system.

If I understand correctly, I believe the 30 day release period clock starts at the point when "undetermined" status is submitted.

Starts from DROS submittal date.

So if you don't get "undetermined" status until day 30 would that only give you a 1 day window to deliver the gun? What happens if day 30 falls on a weekend and the shop is closed?

No, on Day 31 another 30 day window starts for example:
TRANSACTION DATE/TIME: 09/12/2014 07 : 23 : 09 PM
EARLIEST DELIVERY DATE/TIME: 10/13/2014 06 : 32 : 39 PM
LATEST DELIVERY DATE/TIME: 11/12/2014 05 : 32 : 39 PM

I received this guy's delay on ~9/19. You can see the dates showing 31 days after DROS start he was eligible to pickup and it was a 30 day window.
