    Shot Show

Are there any FFLs that intend on going, have not yet reserved a room and are looking for someone to share the costs of one. If so, please pm me as I will be going.

We wouldn't be staying at Circus Circus (never again!), but it also wouldn't be The Bellagio.$$$$$$

    Thanks.

How can I go? Any cal guns booth there? I would love to experience it just once in my life. Any FFL that can grant my wish?

If you dont mind staying off the strip, the hotels get cheaper. SamsTown is not bad.

SHOT Show is supposed to be for "industry people". Its supposed to be the same as the NRA show, which is for the NRA general public. If you go in as an FFLs employee, you will be bugged by the sales people giving you their speech on their products. If they find out your not an FFL, you will see them pull a quick U-turn, looking for a real customer.

If you go be sure to wear good walking shoes, you will be putting on miles, and be hurting every night.

There are no plans for a Calguns booth at the show as far as I know.

I have gone with my C&R FFL and also as an FFL's employee. Yes,you will get more interaction if they know you are a potential buyer versus a lookie-lou that "snuck" in.

that said, when I went on my 03, I knew what the score was and made sure to not waste the salespeople time. If I was talking to someone and there was someone waiting to talk to him, I got out of the way. I couldn't know if the guy behind me was the buyer from Midway USA or Brownell's, and I was potentially standing in the way of a million dollar deal.

              true dat.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

I'll bump this one last time I guess. I'm not going as a FFL, but I am not sneaking in., but still would like to split the cost of a room with someone.

Sorry but my wife would probably not care for a roomy. Good luck though there's actually a couple hotels on the strip not far in the $30-40s
