Need advice on out of state FFL

MY customer wanted me to order a gun from Gunbroker, which i did. The dealer didn't mention CA in his ad, but he tried to sign up for the CLFC program and ran into problems. Anyway, he's willing to ship to any non-CA dealer, and they can ship to me. I know it's going to cost me, but I need this gun for a good customer. Any advice on which out of state FFL can handle this for me?

I've also offered to sign up for sending FFLs and I give them their user/password after. I've had a few take me up on that and generated the letter myself. Then I hand over the credentials and let them know they are good to go for any future CA purchases.

Can't hurt to make the offer. Everything you need is on his FFL + an email address (which i usually set to the one they communicated to me on).

Also, go get logged into fflsonly.com -- it's a nationwide FFL only site. I've had several dealers there help me out middle manning and even sourcing harder to find items. For example a distro wouldn't ship me any KSGs so I had them routed through a guy in Michigan at very reasonable relay rates. Sometimes they have stuff sitting in their stores that fly off the shelves in CA and will dump it at dealer/distro pricing.
