hey ffls how do you dros a sse pistol when using a barrel insert do you only select .25acp in the check box or do you dros it as .25acp with 40S&w as an additional caliber?

Descriptors should be exactly as transferred. Once the new owner has possession, changing the caliber is not illegal and not your problem.

Do your customers a favor by placing the SSE caliber and the original caliber on the DROS. Should your customer wish to use there firearm for CCW, most sheriffs require the correct caliber to be in the system. Several instances of denial to register CCW with just 25 acp listed as the caliber alone on the DROS.

Can i PPT a gun dros as 25 with 10.5" barrel to spouse but converted it back to original statue (9mm 4.5" barrel) after possession? Then PPT again back to me?

DO i need to be concern if the FFL made a mistake with DROS info (DOB, Race, Weight) but with correct CA DL license #.
