    ar pistol lower transfer

    Can I, a non exempt person, have a stripped pistol lower shipped to my 01 ffl, have it assembled into a complete single shot pistol and then have it properly transferred to me? Thanks

      No..

      I belive it needs to be a 07 ffl... they would need to assemble it completely then put their own markings on it.
