Multiple handgun purchasew/ release at seperate times

I have a customer who wants to private party transfer 3 handguns. Can i DROS them all together and release one every 30 days to him? Please advise if this is possible or if theres a way for him to avoid multiple DROS fees.

as long as you are not in the city of LA, you should be able to do all 3 together on one DROS, $25 in state fees plus 3x$10 each for a dealer fee. htere is no 30-day rule for PPTs.

ke6huj is correct, PPTs are not subject to the 1 handgun per 30 day rule. In addition, DROS is valid for 30 days only PPT or otherwise. So you would not be able to release a handgun 60, or 90 days after DROS. Hopefully that makes sense.

Correct, PPT's are not subject to 1 n 30. Just be aware, if you dispose of all three at once, which you can, Make sure to fill out, and submit ATF form 3310.4 ( report of Multiple sale or other disposition of pistols and revolvers).......

You could also release 5 days apart if they are done on separate 4473s.
