1 in 30 exemption pulled?!?!

I'm an 03+COE holder and was just informed that the 1 in 30 days exemption has be pulled for handguns.

Is this true? I haven't heard anyone talking about this at all.

happened a month or so ago, no 30-day exemption for 03+COE on modern handguns.

a suit was filed and a TRO was requested but denied. probably won't be until 2015 that anything happens with the court case which now with the SSE ban coming in 5 months, put a lmit to the number of SSE handguns one can acquire.

The sad thing is the Penal Code still allows it but Kamala gave her "opinion" and apparently it is as good as law. The Office of the Attorney General is not supposed to make rulings on "opinions"...except in this state.
