Just FYI, I received my renewal notice mid-June and it had the old address on it, took two weeks to find out via letter being returned.
I wonder how many folks will end up being dropped off COE as a result and have to go through the process all over again, to include LiveScan?GOA Member & SAF Life MemberComment

Just because they mailed a form in 2014 doesn't mean they sent the right form. Probably some kind of new goobermint efficiency thing...use all the old forms before printing new ones. Doesn't matter that they moved. Makes perfect sense don't it.
