    If I do a PPT ($25 DROS + $10 fee), do I have to charge tax on the $10 fee? Thanks!

      Actually the correct answer is: It depends.

      If you get involved in finding the buyer/seller and/or get involved with the price, then you need to collect sales tax on the FFL fee, in this case $10. If not, then there is no sales tax.
