Same as you would for other mfgs not listed. Choose the country of origin.

For Example:
Mosin Nagants (with no import marks or importer not listed) = "Russia"
VEPRs (Most imported by WPA which is not listed) = "Russia"
Saigas (RWC Group is not listed) = "Russia"
Kriss = "U S"
